1. Core Agent License
This is the foundation of our service, providing everything your team needs for a fully integrated voice channel.
€15 per agent / month
The Core Agent License Includes:
- Full Zendesk Integration: A native app experience directly within the Zendesk agent interface.
- Complete Call Handling: Inbound and outbound calls, hold, transfer, mute, and conference capabilities.
- Automatic Call Ticketing: Every call is automatically logged as a Zendesk ticket.
- Screen-Pop: Customer profiles and tickets open instantly when a call is answered.
- Server-Side Integration: Guarantees 100% data integrity, even if an agent is not logged in.
- Presence Sync: Agent status is synchronized between the phone system and Zendesk.
- Standard Analytics: All call data is available in Zendesk Explore for unified reporting.
- Technical Support: Access to our standard technical support.
2. One-Time Setup Fee
This is a one-time fee to cover the technical work of integrating PepronPhone with your specific systems and providing onboarding for your team.
- For Existing Integrations: €1,000 - €3,000 This applies if you are using a phone system we have an existing integration for. The final price depends on the complexity of your environment and specific routing requirements. We will provide a binding quote after our initial technical assessment.
- For New Integrations: €5,000 - €15,000 If you require an integration with a phone system not currently on our supported list, this fee covers the custom development work. The price is determined by the complexity of the new system's API and architecture.
3. Optional Add-On Features
Enhance your PepronPhone experience with our powerful, optional feature suites. These are priced based on your specific needs.
AI Suite (Transcription & Summaries) Unlock deeper insights from your conversations with our AI-powered features. This includes:
- Full call transcription (voice-to-text).
- AI-generated call summaries automatically added to tickets.
